Mr. McGlohon was great. He responded very quickly. I reached out for one QBO beginning balance issue, and not only did he help me solve this but noticed a different recon issue that I needed to focus on. He was very insightful. I scheduled a 30-minute consultation and he hung on for almost an hour to assist & answer my questions. He even called back once we had connectivity issues.
